Balkan Youth Activism is pleased to officially announce the launch of its 12-month project under the CERV-2025-CITIZENS-TOWN-TT (Town Twinning) programme.
In partnership with Municipality of Korçë, Municipality of Sanremo, and Municipality of Nice, Balkan Youth Activism has initiated the "Boundless" project, an initiative aimed at bringing Europe closer to its citizens.
Project Vision and Objectives
"Boundless" represents a strategic effort to strengthen European identity, empower young people, and foster sustainable cross-border cooperation. Through the town twinning model, in line with the objectives of the CERV call, the project will implement a range of community-oriented activities, including seminars, sports events, and workshops closely connected to citizens' daily lives.
Key Priorities
The project focuses on key priorities, including:
- The promotion of physical and mental well-being among young people
- The enhancement of cross-border cooperation and mutual trust
- The advancement of core European values such as equality, freedom of movement, and fundamental rights
Bringing Europe Closer to Citizens
In a context where many young people seek a stronger connection with the European Union, "Boundless" aims to translate European values into concrete and tangible experiences, strengthening the sense of belonging and encouraging active civic participation.
By combining community engagement, civic dialogue, and collaborative action, the project will contribute to building stronger, more connected communities while addressing shared challenges through joint solutions.
Project Partnership: Municipality of Korçë (Albania), Municipality of Sanremo (Italy), and Municipality of Nice (France) - working together to strengthen European identity and youth empowerment through cross-border cooperation.
This initiative reflects the belief that Europe is built through the active involvement of its citizens, starting at the local level.
