Call for Participants: "Together 4 Peace" – Conflict Resolution Training

About the Training

Balkan Youth Activism is launching an open call for 5 participants from Albania to take part in the international training course "Together 4 Peace: A Practical Training on Conflict Resolution and Peacebuilding for Youth Workers", implemented by Armenian Progressive Youth and supported by the European Youth Foundation.

Who Can Apply?

We are looking for motivated individuals who:

• Are youth workers, youth leaders, or active in civil society
• Are aged 18+
• Have an interest in peacebuilding, conflict resolution, and intercultural dialogue
• Are committed to applying the knowledge gained in their local communities
• Are able to communicate in English

What Will Participants Learn?

This 7-day training will provide practical skills and knowledge in:

• Conflict analysis
• Non-violent communication
• Mediation techniques
• Intercultural dialogue
• Peacebuilding practices in youth work

What Will Participants Gain?

• Hands-on experience in conflict resolution and peacebuilding methods
• Opportunities to collaborate with international peers
• Skills to design and implement local initiatives
